Nimona – Food from Kannauj

“Most of us have fond memories of food from our childhood. Whether it was our mom’s homemade Bazara Ki Kichri or a memorable Kheer Kesar, food has a way of transporting us back to the past.”

Today we are going to cook one of the traditional (lost) recipe from Kannauj Nimona.
Once this dish is so famous that it is a part of a marriage platter, these days it is rarely cooked due to the time involved.
